Can you spot the surfers in this picture? There were some good waves rolling in when I was on the beach with a nasty tow around a big rock.

The road (#4) going from Port Alberni to Long Beach / Tofino passes Kennedy lake and used to look like this in 1994. The road has been "improved" and has so much traffic that I would not want to ride my bicycle on it again.
