The road upto Takakkaw Falls is narrow with sharp switchbacks. From the
parking lot you can see Takakkaw Falls.
Hiking along the Yoho River you will see Point Lace Falls
Here are some views on the Yoho River trail.
A CP challet that sells food. This challet has an excellent view of the
Twin Falls. The waterfall on the left is not flowing because
there is not enough water. The summer of 1998 was dry and only when it gets
hot enough snow/ice melts to start the 2nd waterfall.
If you continue on the trail from here you can climb up the hills for some excellent views of the glaciers and the valleys. One of the hikes continues upto and past the falls. You will need a fair bit of time to do one of those hikes; or you'll have to break it into a 2 days camping trip.
Here is the Natural Bridge and Emerald Lake.
Emerald lake has reasonably priced (compared to Moraine and ?? lake. There is
also a hike around the lake and here are some views.
