Eric Praetzel Kitchener-Wolverton Cycling Trip

Wolverton is a small town in a hollow about 30 km south-west of Kitchener. Surprisingly it dates back to 1854 when Wolverton Hall was built.

The weather for this cycling trip was 34C, sunny and muggy with lots of smog. The ride only took me a bit over 2 hours and my breathing was restricted due to the pollution.

I'm starting the trip in the north-west end of Kitchener heading south via smaller roads. It's 50 min. till I pass under highway 401. Along the way are many farmers fields. Many crops are corn [doing poorly due to the very dry summer], straw, tobacco and ,I think, beans. Just east of Wolverton there is even ginsing crops.

At this point we are entering Wolverton.
