Grund Prov Park, Science North and Fairbank Park 2009 visit

Grundy Lake Prov. Park

We stoped here because we didn't want to get to Killarney late in the day.

Science North

Science North is a great place for young kids. There is lots of hands on stuff which they could never offer at more heavily visited places in the south (Ontario Science Center).

Our kids love the animals here. They're very friendly - and their behaviour is far from wild - but they were all taken as young animals that would likely have died without help. Feeding time is late in the day and it's worth the stay

Fairbank park

I had more hope for this park - that there would be evidence of the crater. The park is really on some backroads and we arrived late at night and left early in the morning - hence the lack of pictures.
