[June 2007] We camped in Burley Beach and the site was nice. The only snag was the 20 somethings and their all night, LOUD, partying. That was on the 2nd night but still impacted our sleep.
[July 2008] We camped in the Dunes campground and found things nice and quiet.
It was a cool morning with frost and a pair of beavers active in the river.
This was an amazing day - some nice waves to knock you down!
Here is the parking lot and the dune which seperates parking from the beach.
Climbing the stairs you get a nice view at the top.
After climbing down here are views of the beach.
There are at least 3 sandbars that you can stand on. This picture was taken from the second. You have to swim a bit to get to the 3rd sand bar.
