This hike is in the open and there is no shade. It's a flat and fast walk thru the desert.
There tend to be many flowers in the spring but I would not call the hiking overly interesting.
I continued to hike past the Chimneys for another 1.5 miles before turning around. By doing that
I extended the hike to a 2 hour trip.
