Devils Hall Trail - Guadalupe Mountains NP

 The Devil's Hall hike is quite short. Because of that I combined it with the Guadalupe Mountain hike. Many times I was wondering if I had gone past the end of the trail. Rest assured that you will know when you hit the end of the trail. There is also a marker there; but the high parallel walls of the "hall" can't be missed.

Campground

Here is one shot of the campground and the surrounding countryside. It can be very very windy here. My tent did sustain some dammage due to the strong winds and I saw a dome tent collapsed by the wind. It just pressed and pressed on one side of the tent - bending the poles.
