Coldfire is a new processor family developed by Motorola. The programming model is quite similar to the famous 68xxx-family. This page collects information about this processor and the development-board SBC5206 manufactured by Arnewsh for Motorola.
On the download page You will find GnuStudio, a development environment ( IDE ) for the GNU compiler hosted on Windows NT. It was developed mainly for use with David Fiddes' cross compiler for ColdFire ( see the links page ) but You may use it for other cross-compilers as well.
