Terms:  
Payment with order.  If you phone or e-mail me, I will reserve the book
you want until 9/16 while I wait for your check.  If you contact me
after 9/19, I will reserve the book for 1 week.  I will wait two weeks
for foreign orders.  US dollars, please.  No books will be reserved
during the time of the Vintage Fashion Expo in Oakland (9/17, 9/18).  

For Libraries, I will bill.  Orders for libraries are confirmed upon
receipt of the order on letterhead.  Please call me for the fax number.

Californians need to add sales tax (8.25%).

You are responsible for shipping as follows:  

US addresses:  $2.00 each book up to $6.00.
If you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, I would prefer if you
can make arrangements to pick up the books- this gives you a chance to
look at what you are buying.

Foreign addresses:  I will find out the shipping and contact you.

I will be using the book rate at the Post Office and will insure your
parcels, so shipping may take awhile.  I will try to ship orders within
a week of receipt.
