getting potable water here is a long walk, no misquitoes 4:15pm Wabasso campground - tried Pobnoktan hike - but it was hard to find and very unused - a bridge was gone and we thought that the trail exists on the other side of the river - but at that point we gave up - Sunwapta Falls, Athabasca Falls - saw bighorn sheep by the road - with rain in the forcecast we're doing a big hike tomorrow - Icefield Center hiked the glacier toe trail - saw video feed from Lk Louise and nope - not going there yet - last night we saw a small wolf or very large fox cross the road - had enough of camping - my back doesn't like it - Park Ranger from Quebec - semi-retired .... with good hiking info
