While driving to Levis, Quebec, we noticed these falls on the north side of the trans-Canada highway.
On the way back, August 21, 2014, we took the exit just west of the falls and looked for a park. There were some good hiking trails to many points around the falls.
The rock layers here really are amazing.
The grey layer is harder and the redish shale layer can be both smooth and crumbled.
This is a recently renovated church west of Levis, QC. when we were trying to find a visitor center and water.
